2. The UK reported 6 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 16 cases in wild birds.

On November 10 and 14, the UK notified that 6 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 16 cases in wild birds occurred in two places including Wales, resulting in the infection of 2,456 poultry with 1,355 deaths, and the infection and death of 34 wild birds and free-range poultry.

3. Poland reported 4 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry.

On November 10, 12, and 14, Poland notified that 4 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry occurred in three places including Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, resulting in the infection of 78,000 poultry with 5,327 deaths.

4. The Netherlands reported 3 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 12 cases in wild birds.

On November 10 and 12, the Netherlands notified that 3 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 12 cases in wild birds occurred in five places including Friesland, resulting in the infection of 280 poultry with 125 deaths and 186,000 culled, and the infection and death of 17 wild birds with 41 culled.

5. Norway reported 2 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 10, Norway notified that 2 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Rogaland, resulting in the infection and death of 2 wild birds.

6. Italy reported 5 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 2 cases in wild birds.

On November 10 and 11, Italy notified that 5 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 2 cases in wild birds occurred in three places including Piedmont, resulting in the infection of 147,000 poultry with 84,000 deaths and 63,000 culled, and the infection and death of 9 wild birds.

7. Austria reported 4 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 10 and 13, Austria notified that 4 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in three places including Upper Austria, resulting in the infection and death of 11 wild birds.

9. Sweden reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 5 cases in wild birds.

On November 10 and 12, Sweden notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 5 cases in wild birds occurred in three places including ?ngelholm Municipality, resulting in the infection of 3,868 poultry with 252 deaths and 46,000 culled, and the infection and death of 5 wild birds.

10. The United States reported 6 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds and 11 cases in poultry.

On November 10, the United States notified that 6 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds and 11 cases in poultry occurred in eight places including Minnesota, resulting in the infection and death of 134 wild birds and free-range poultry with 50 culled, and the infection and death of 1,559 poultry with 395,000 culled.

11. Canada reported 14 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry.

On November 12, Canada notified that 14 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry occurred in four places including British Columbia, resulting in the infection and death of 36,000 poultry and the culling of 416,000.

12. Bulgaria reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry.

On November 12, Bulgaria notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry occurred in Haskovo Province, resulting in the infection and death of 450 poultry.

13. Luxembourg reported 12 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 12, Luxembourg notified that 12 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in three places including Diekirch District, resulting in the infection and death of 12 wild birds.

14. Lithuania reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 12, Lithuania notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Utena County, resulting in the infection and death of 2 wild birds.

15. Latvia reported 3 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 12, Latvia notified that 3 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in two places including Latgale Region, resulting in the infection and death of 3 wild birds.

16. Czechia reported 4 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry.

From November 12 to 13, Czechia notified that 4 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry occurred in four places including South Bohemian Region, resulting in the infection of 9,598 poultry with 3,500 deaths and 28,000 culled.

17. Hungary reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 4 cases in wild birds.

On November 12 and 14, Hungary notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 4 cases in wild birds occurred in two places including Csongrád County, resulting in the infection and death of multiple poultry and 4 wild birds.

18. Ireland reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 1 case in wild birds.

On November 12 and 14, Ireland notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 1 case in wild birds occurred in two places including County Monaghan, resulting in the infection and death of 168 poultry and 5 wild birds.

19. Japan reported 3 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 16 cases in wild birds.

On November 12 and 14, Japan notified that 3 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry and 16 cases in wild birds occurred in six places including Hokkaido, resulting in the infection and death of 163 poultry and the culling of 232,000, and the infection and death of 22 wild birds.

20. Mongolia reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 12, Mongolia notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Arkhangai Province, resulting in the infection and death of 8 wild birds.

On November 13, Switzerland notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Zurich, resulting in the infection and death of 1 wild bird.

22. North Macedonia reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 13, North Macedonia notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in Gostivar Municipality, resulting in the infection and death of 2 wild birds.

23. France reported 8 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry.

On November 13, France notified that 8 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in poultry occurred in Vendée, Pays de la Loire, resulting in the infection and death of 195 poultry.

24. Spain reported 44 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 14, Spain notified that 44 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in four places including Castile and León, resulting in the infection of 109 wild birds and free-range poultry with 86 deaths and 23 culled.

25. Denmark reported 12 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 14, Denmark notified that 12 cases of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in six places including Esbjerg Municipality, resulting in the infection and death of 19 wild birds.

26. The UK reported 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N5 avian influenza in wild birds.

On November 14, the UK notified that 1 case of highly pathogenic H5N5 avian influenza in wild birds occurred in England, resulting in the infection and death of 1 wild bird.

On November 10 and 14, Poland notified that 2 cases of Newcastle disease occurred in Podlaskie Voivodeship, resulting in the infection of 236,000 poultry with 62 deaths and 388 culled.
